The only changes I have to suggest is not to visit Greta Green, I found it too touristy and find a better example of Hadrian's Wall. I felt too much time riding in coach. This package was a long one and trip was well organized. If you weren't on the correct side of the bus, views and photo opportunities were almost nonexistent.
