Our Collette tour from booking until landing back at home was flawless. Very informative tour. Good, clean hotels. We liked the time to find other highlights on our own. Responded to questions promptly and enthusiastically, provided materials in timely fashion, delivered a first-rate tour experience. The British Tattoo performance was amazing and left a quite memorable impression on me! She was very good at keeping us on track with the schedule. The only changes I have to suggest is not to visit Greta Green, I found it too touristy and find a better example of Hadrian's Wall. I felt too much time riding in coach. This package was a long one and trip was well organized. If you weren't on the correct side of the bus, views and photo opportunities were almost nonexistent.
